We love Twitter. We really do. The reason why we love it is because of the people you can find using it. In conjunction with The Bridge at 105.5 and Web Wednesdays, we’ve highlighted the Top 5 Twitter Stars of the Week here in Charleston, SC! The common theme for this week’s picks is all based on personality!

@Alesya – Alesya Opelt, founder of Alesya Bags. Alesya is an inspiring entrepreneur, and she’s chronicled her journey using social media. Follow her Twitter account to get a behind the scenes, tell-all approach of what it’s like to launch a product. And check out her laptop bag – I carry one and love it! We shot this video for her product launch last summer.

@TheHRGoddess – Jane Perdue, Principal/Chief Inspiration Officer at Braithwaite Innovation Group. Jane is a motivational speaker, author and business success coach that has been a Twitter star from the beginning. She’s inspiring, insightful and innovative all in 140 characters or less. Plus, she personally responds to every single Tweet, which is quite a feat with nearly 27,000 Twitter followers!

@ChristinaOrso – Christina Orso, foodie and blogger at Hungry Meets Healthy. Who doesn’t love an upbeat, positive Twitter stream? Christina’s personality is so enlightening and enjoyable … plus she tweets great information about healthy eating. Her blog, Hungry Meets Healthy, consistently wins Charleston City Paper’s “Best Personal Interest Blog” each year, and we can see why!

@GoCHSDeals – Holly Roberson, Managing Member of GoCharlestonDeals.com.  Who knew discovering Charleston could be so fun? Holly started tweeting about 9 months ago (after a couple training sessions with us) and has really taken off. You can see Holly integrating her love for the Holy City with all of the great people she’s meeting. It’s a perfect fit for her business, a local daily deals site.

@FireflyVodka – Company account for Firefly Vodka, tweets managed by Allison. Obviously any Twitter account centered on a southern drink staple will be fun to follow, but Firefly has really taken it out the ball park! Between fun contests and merch giveaways to super personalized and interactive comments, Allison has managed to capture their brand personality perfectly!
